The Business Coaching and Consulting programs are tailored to meet the individual needs of each business owner. The program that best meets your needs depends on how aggressive your goals are to grow your business, what number of business strategies you can effectively manage, what level of accountability you need from your coach, and how much time you can commit to the process. All Business Coaching Clients receive a discount on services/products, seminars, workshops and courses offered by VTSG.
Programs Available:
Aspiring Entrepreneur Program – This program is for the individual or partners who has/have a business idea and need guidance and bringing that idea into reality. This program provides the information starting from ground zero that the prospective business owner needs to make intelligent decisions about starting the business before financial outlay has occurred. IT Provides new and prospective business owners with the tools to effectively start, manage and/or propel business to the next level. Features one-on-one business counseling, training and support for all facets of business ownership. (Idea Feasibility, Business Structure, Planned Product/Service Offering, Location, Target Markets, Competition, Financial Requirements, services suggested) 4 – bi-weekly sessions (2 month program)
Ready to Launch Program – This program is for the individual(s) who is/are ready to incorporate the defined business structure and desires assistance in making all of the right steps towards successful business incorporation and launch or for individuals who have recently incorporated his/her business idea and is ready to move to the next steps with a knowledgeable “mentor.” (Business/Marketing Plan Development and Execution, Meeting Financial Requirements, Business Structure Selection, Incorporating, Licensing, Permits and Fees Payment, Establishing Online/Paper-based Marketing Mechanisms, services suggested.) 12 bi-weekly sessions (6 month program)
Continuous Monitoring Program – This program is for the established business owner who has been in business for at least 6 months and desires to retain a business coach to provide ongoing monitoring and recommendations for the business as the business grows. (Review and discussion of business growth, issues, changes needed, what is working/what is not, recommendations offered, services suggested.) 6/12 monthly sessions (6 month or 12 month renewable programs) or 4 quarterly sessions available (1 year renewable programs).
Restructuring Program – This program is for incorporated businesses owners that have been in business for at least 6 months, who realize that they need assistance to move their businesses forward to next level. All initial steps taken to start the business are analyzed to determine what if any changes are needed and then additional supporting recommendations are provided to get the client moving and the business growing: (Analysis of current product/service offering, selected target market, employed marketing strategies, customer lead generation tools in use, etc. against current/changing economic climate, clients demand, and other impacting factors. Business & Marketing Remediation Plan is developed for client with proven recommended solutions to accelerate business growth.) 6 – 12 bi-weekly sessions (3 – 6 months cover 30 – 60 days for implementation of remediation actions and 4 months monitoring and support)
Business Expansion Program - This program is for businesses with a strong foundation and a track record of steady growth. The business owner is seeking stronger performance from the business and its team members, recognizes their own limitations, and knows an outside perspective will make a real difference in identifying areas for improvement. The owner views the business as an investment, and is preparing to test its value in the marketplace. This program focuses on removing the owner from day-to-day operations while strengthening the businesses growth potential and value. (Analysis and discussion of staff expansion, training needs, business owners new role/focus on growing businesses, new marketing strategies to increase client base, location analysis, documented practices in place, back-office support needs, etc to put the new foundation in place for expansion.)

VTSG MENTOR PROGRAM - This program will match individuals interested in an IT, QE, or T&D position with a knowledgeable professional (mentor), who will provide guidance and support, to support the mentee in setting and meeting professional and personal goals.
VTSG INTERNSHIP PROGRAM - This program will provide jobs and work experience within the VTSG firm or with business partners to high school/college students, recent graduates, displaced workers and business professionals seeking a career change.
VTSG CAREER COACHING PROGRAM - This program provides Seminars and One-on-One Sessions in Career Management, Resume, Cover Letter Development, Interview Skills, Work/Life Balance Skills and Image Consult
